Monthly Memberships
Month-to-Month Care for Hormones & Medical Weight Loss
Our memberships are the standard month-to-month way to continue hormone therapy or medical weight-loss care. They are designed for ongoing treatment and recurring monthly billing rather than prepaid package pricing.
If you prefer to purchase at least 3 months of a service in advance, ask about our 20% package savings.
Ongoing Testosterone Replacement Therapy with a simple monthly payment structure. Your treatment plan and medical care are determined by the provider based on your individual needs.
Best for: Clients who want to continue TRT month to month without prepaying for a multi-month package.
Ongoing Hormone Replacement Therapy with month-to-month billing and provider-guided care based on your individual treatment plan.
Best for: Clients who want ongoing HRT without prepaying for a multi-month package.
Ongoing medically supervised weight-loss care with month-to-month billing. Treatment, medication, monitoring, and plan adjustments are based on your individual clinical needs.
Best for: Clients who want continued medical weight-loss care without prepaying for a multi-month package.
Treatment Packages
Purchase 3 or More and Save 20%
Packages are our prepaid savings option. Choose an eligible Vital Glow service, purchase a package of at least 3 treatments or months, and receive 20% off the regular price.
This gives you a simple way to commit to a treatment plan and reduce the overall cost without turning the service into a monthly club. Lab consultations are excluded from package pricing.
Package savings can be applied to eligible Vital Glow services. Choose the treatment or ongoing service that fits your goals.
Examples: hormone therapy, medical weight loss, laser hair removal, skin treatments, wellness services, and more.
Exclusion: Lab consultations are not eligible for package pricing.

Our clubs are monthly benefit programs built around skin care, injectables, and wellness. Each club has a 3-month minimum commitment; after that, cancellation requires at least 7 days notice before the next billing date.
Club discounts and benefits do not stack with other packages or promotions unless Vital Glow specifically states otherwise.
