Last Updated: August 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vital Glow Men’s and Women’s Health website at https://vitalglowllc.com, our public campaign landing pages, and certain communications, appointment, purchase, package, membership, and gift-card policies described below. By using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Specific clinical consent forms, treatment agreements, package or membership terms, financing-provider terms, and other written policies presented at the time of treatment or purchase may also apply. If a more specific written agreement applies to a particular service or transaction, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these general Terms, subject to applicable law.

Website Use

The information and materials on this website are provided for general informational and educational purposes. You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit website content without our permission except as permitted by law.

Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Vital Glow and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Not Medical Advice; No Provider-Patient Relationship

Website content is general educational information and is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Treatment recommendations require an appropriate evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider.

Viewing this website, submitting an online form, sending an email or text message, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through the appropriate clinical process.

Do not use website forms, email, or general text messaging for a medical emergency. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate emergency medical care.

Information on this website may describe treatments, medications, devices, products, or services that are not appropriate for every person. Eligibility, risks, benefits, alternatives, treatment selection, and expected outcomes are determined individually. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

We ask that appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Some appointments require a deposit. The amount of the deposit depends on the service. When a deposit is required:

  • The deposit is applied toward the scheduled service.
  • A deposit is refundable when the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • A deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when the rescheduling request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • A cancellation or rescheduling request received less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a failure to attend the appointment, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and the appointment cannot be shortened while still allowing the service to be performed safely and appropriately, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be subject to loss of the applicable deposit.

Vital Glow may need to reschedule or modify an appointment because of provider availability, safety considerations, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances. When Vital Glow initiates a rescheduling, any applicable deposit will remain available for the rescheduled appointment or be handled as appropriate under the circumstances.

Refund Policy

Except where required by law or where these Terms specifically provide otherwise for a qualifying appointment deposit, purchases from Vital Glow are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to services, prepaid services, packages, memberships, retail products, prescription products or medications, and other purchases to the extent permitted by law. Treatment results vary, and dissatisfaction with a result does not by itself create a right to a refund.

If a product is defective, damaged, recalled, or subject to a legal return or replacement requirement, please contact Vital Glow so the matter can be handled appropriately.

Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid treatment packages are for the purchasing client and are not transferable to another person.
  • Unused package services expire one year from the date of purchase, unless a different period is required by law or expressly stated in writing at purchase.
  • Package purchases are non-refundable.
  • If a provider determines that a purchased service is not medically appropriate, unused package value may, at the provider’s discretion, be applied toward another medically appropriate service for the same client. Any price difference remains the client’s responsibility. Package value is not redeemable for cash.

Memberships

Memberships may renew automatically according to the billing schedule disclosed when you enroll. To cancel a membership before the next renewal charge, Vital Glow must receive the cancellation request at least three days before the applicable billing or renewal date.

If a cancellation request is received fewer than three days before the billing or renewal date, the next scheduled charge may still be processed and the cancellation may take effect for the following billing cycle. Membership charges that have already been processed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Specific membership inclusions, billing frequency, benefits, eligibility, and other program details may be provided separately at enrollment and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Gift Cards

Vital Glow gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Vital Glow and have no cash value other than as required by applicable law.

Payments, Financing, and Third-Party Services

The public Vital Glow website does not directly process payment-card information or financing applications. Online booking, payment, financing, product purchases, or similar functions may be provided through third-party platforms such as Boulevard, Cherry, CareCredit, or other service providers.

Transactions completed through third-party platforms may be subject to those providers’ separate terms, privacy policies, credit decisions, fees, financing agreements, cancellation terms, or other requirements. Vital Glow is not responsible for the independent terms or operation of third-party platforms.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

SMS consent is collected only through designated opt-in methods that present the applicable consent language. Text messages sent by Vital Glow will be limited to the scope of the consent presented when you opt in. Depending on that consent and the context of your relationship with Vital Glow, messages may include responses to an inquiry, appointment or scheduling communications, service-related updates, customer-support messages, and other communications described at the time of opt-in.

Marketing or promotional text messages will be sent only when the applicable opt-in language specifically authorizes such messages or when otherwise permitted by law. Merely providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.

Where marketing or promotional SMS consent is requested, consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Vital Glow marketing SMS communications.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from the applicable messaging program.
  • You may also communicate a reasonable request to stop messages by contacting Vital Glow.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or call 803-883-2345.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier availability may vary.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a message confirming that your request has been processed. Opting out of one messaging program or number may not automatically opt you out of a separate program unless your request reasonably communicates that intent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent. We do not share SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use communications, scheduling, CRM, or other service providers to process messages and consent records on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Email Communications and Marketing

If you provide your email address, Vital Glow may use it to respond to inquiries, communicate about appointments or services, and send marketing or promotional email where permitted by law.

Marketing emails will include an available method to unsubscribe. We will honor valid marketing-email opt-out requests as required by applicable law. Opting out of marketing email does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages necessary to respond to an inquiry, manage an appointment, provide requested information, or otherwise communicate about an existing service relationship.

Minors

The website is intended for a general audience. Certain clinical or aesthetic services may be available to minors when permitted by law and with any required parent or guardian consent. Treatment eligibility and consent requirements are determined separately as part of the clinical or service process.

Vital Glow marketing SMS enrollment is restricted to adults age 18 or older.

Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. A link does not necessarily constitute Vital Glow’s endorsement of the third party or its products or services. Vital Glow does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.

Website Availability and Disclaimer

We attempt to keep website information accurate and current, but website content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information and may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, completeness, or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right, obligation, professional duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited. These website Terms do not replace clinical informed-consent documents, the Vital Glow Notice of Privacy Practices, or any rights that apply to healthcare services under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to website use or these Terms that is not governed by a separate written agreement will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Clinical information that qualifies as protected health information may also be governed by Vital Glow’s separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, communications practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date shown above.
