hormone therapy

Yes. We offer Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) for men experiencing low testosterone. Symptoms like fatigue, low libido, brain fog, mood changes, and reduced muscle mass can all be signs of hormonal imbalance. We evaluate your hormones through lab testing and create a personalized treatment plan.

Yes. We work with women experiencing hormonal imbalance related to perimenopause, menopause, thyroid concerns, and other hormonal shifts. Hormone optimization for women may address fatigue, weight changes, mood fluctuations, low libido, and sleep issues.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medically supervised treatment that restores healthy testosterone levels in men whose bodies are no longer producing adequate amounts. TRT can help improve energy, mood, libido, body composition, and mental clarity. At Vital Glow, TRT is personalized based on your lab work and health history.

Common signs of low testosterone in men include chronic fatigue, decreased sex drive, difficulty building or maintaining muscle, weight gain especially around the midsection, mood changes, and poor sleep. The only way to know for certain is through lab testing. We offer comprehensive hormone panels and can walk you through your results.

Vital Glow offers personalized Testosterone Replacement Therapy at our Columbia, SC clinic at 1494 Lake Murray Blvd, Suite A. We serve men throughout the Columbia metro area including Irmo, Lexington, and West Columbia.

comprehensive lab testing

Yes. We offer comprehensive lab testing and hormone panels at our Columbia, SC clinic. Lab testing allows us to get a full picture of your health — including hormone levels, thyroid function, metabolic markers, vitamin and nutrient status, blood sugar, and inflammation — so we can build a truly personalized care plan.

Most people walk around with imbalances they can’t see or feel clearly. Fatigue, weight gain, low energy, hair loss, and mood changes can all have measurable physiological causes. Comprehensive lab work removes the guesswork and gives you and your provider real data to act on.

Our lab testing may include testosterone and hormone panels, thyroid function, metabolic markers, blood sugar and insulin levels, vitamin and nutrient deficiencies, and inflammation markers — depending on your health goals and symptoms. Your provider will recommend the right panel for you during your consultation.

medical weight loss

Yes. We offer medically supervised weight loss programs at our Columbia, SC clinic. Unlike traditional diets, our approach begins with understanding your hormones, metabolism, and the root causes keeping your body from reaching a healthy weight. Your plan is built around your individual biology.

Medical weight loss is a clinically guided approach to losing weight that goes beyond calorie restriction. It involves evaluating your hormonal balance, metabolic rate, blood sugar regulation, and lifestyle factors, then designing a strategy specifically for your body. It’s not a diet — it’s a plan backed by data and medical oversight.

Yes. Hormonal imbalances — including low testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, and elevated cortisol — are among the most common reasons people struggle to lose weight despite diet and exercise. We assess these factors as part of our weight loss evaluation.

If you’ve been eating well and exercising but still can’t lose weight, or if you regain weight repeatedly despite your best efforts, there may be a medical reason. We recommend starting with a consultation so we can review your health history and determine whether a medically supervised approach is the right fit.

erectile dysfunction (ed) treatment

Yes. We offer personalized erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment at our Columbia, SC clinic. We take a discreet, root-cause approach — evaluating underlying contributors like hormonal imbalance, blood flow, metabolic health, and more — rather than simply masking symptoms.

ED can result from multiple overlapping factors including low testosterone, cardiovascular issues, diabetes or blood sugar dysregulation, stress, poor sleep, and medication side effects. Identifying the underlying cause is the first step to effective treatment.

Absolutely. Consultations for erectile dysfunction are completely private and handled by our experienced medical team in a discreet, judgment-free environment. Your comfort and privacy are a priority.

Yes. Hormonal imbalance — particularly low testosterone — is one of the most common underlying contributors to ED. Our team evaluates hormone levels alongside other factors to get a complete picture before recommending a treatment plan.

laser hair removal

Yes. We offer professional laser hair removal at our Columbia, SC clinic. We use advanced laser technology designed to safely treat a wide range of skin tones and hair types. Laser hair removal is available for both men and women.

Common treatment areas include the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini area, back, chest, and neck — for both men and women. During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin type, hair color, and goals to determine a personalized treatment plan.

Most clients see optimal results after a series of treatments, typically spaced several weeks apart, to target hair across its different growth cycles. The exact number of sessions varies by individual. We’ll give you a realistic expectation at your consultation.

Yes. The advanced laser technology we use at Vital Glow is designed to safely and effectively treat a wide range of skin tones, including deeper complexions. We evaluate your skin type before beginning any treatment.

day spa & esthetic services

We offer a full range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, lash extensions, brow tinting and shaping, and waxing — for both men and women. All services are delivered in our comfortable, welcoming clinic environment.

Yes. We offer a variety of facial treatments, including medical-grade facials designed to address skin health concerns like acne, congestion, uneven tone, and dullness. Both men and women are welcome.

At Vital Glow, esthetic services are offered within a medical wellness environment. That means your skin care can be integrated with hormone therapy, weight loss programs, or other clinical treatments for a more comprehensive approach to looking and feeling your best — something a traditional day spa can’t offer.

Yes. We offer chemical peels that can address uneven skin tone, fine lines, acne scarring, and overall texture. Peels are customized based on your skin type and goals.

anti-aging treatments

Yes. We offer a range of anti-aging treatments including neuromodulators (such as Botox), dermal fillers, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and skin resurfacing treatments. Our approach focuses on natural, balanced results — never overdone.

Yes. We offer Botox and other neuromodulator treatments at our Columbia, SC clinic. Our medical team administers treatments with a focus on subtle, natural-looking results that soften lines without altering your appearance.

Dermal fillers — including options for lip enhancement and facial volume restoration — may be available as part of our personalized anti-aging approach. We recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss your specific goals.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy uses a concentrated solution derived from your own blood to stimulate your body’s natural healing and collagen production. At Vital Glow, PRP can be used for skin rejuvenation as well as hair restoration. Because it uses your own biology, it is a natural, well-tolerated option for many clients.

The best treatment depends on your skin condition, anatomy, and goals. We take a personalized approach — your consultation includes an assessment of your concerns and a clear recommendation. We never recommend more than what will genuinely benefit you.

hair restoration

Yes. We offer hair restoration treatments at our Columbia, SC clinic, including PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) scalp therapy. We also assess hormonal and nutritional contributors to hair thinning, making our approach more comprehensive than topical-only solutions.

Yes. PRP hair restoration uses growth factors from your own blood to stimulate natural hair follicle activity and may help slow thinning and support regrowth. It is available for both men and women.

Hair thinning in women is often tied to hormonal changes — including perimenopause, thyroid dysfunction, or PCOS — as well as nutritional deficiencies, stress, and inflammation. Our team assesses the full picture before recommending a treatment plan, which may include PRP, nutritional support, or hormone optimization.

Yes. Testosterone imbalance and related hormonal shifts can contribute to male pattern hair loss and thinning. Addressing hormonal root causes alongside targeted hair restoration treatments can produce better long-term results.
